  • 简介:个性想法独特,令人摸不著头绪,嘻皮笑脸又黑暗疯狂,有着庞大知识量、敏锐洞察力和强大格斗术的男人井泽范人(泽村一树饰),看起来像个迷,其实是前公安菁英警官,尤其擅长潜入搜查。由于某起案件而被左迁至总务部‧资料课担任室长。而资料课表面上看似问题人物的集合地,但暗地裡进行著某项秘密计划。这计划是把全日本国民的个人情报、全国的监控镜头、电邮及电话的通讯资料等收集成为大数据,再配合过去15年的犯罪资料,以人工智能及统计学进行分析,找出很有可能将会犯上杀人罪的高度危险人物。为了把“未犯系统”实用化,资料课就要利用这些危险人物的资料,出动进行潜入搜查,了解目标何时何地为何会杀谁,从而阻止案件发生。所以表面上的资料课,实际是叫做“未犯”的全新刑侦系统。井泽范人同时也负责管理一众极具个性的部下。包括一直在寻找失踪前搭档樱木泉(上户彩)并与井泽作对的山内彻(横山裕),抖S格斗女警小田切唯(本田翼),怨气连天的骇客高手南彦太郎(柄本时生),无所不能却不起眼的田村薫(平田满)。而他们的直接负责人东堂定春(伊藤淳史),则是想把犯罪预测系统引入日本的警视厅的精英,一手打造了“未犯”。至于系列本来的主角樱木泉,在上两辑是新人女警,经过7年后已成为在第一线活跃的搜查官,然而某次她在进行特殊任务时消失,警视厅为了避免公众恐慌,把和她失踪相关的“不适当真相”隐藏。然而“未犯”系统的出现,很可能和她的失踪有关,到底当中有什麽不可告人的真相?新主角井泽范人和樱木泉之间又有什么关系?
